Cheesy Garlic bread

This Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe from scratch will help you make garlic bread which is soft and fluffy, filled with flavors of garlic and herbs ;and delicious mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
Warm Milk - 160 ml
Sugar - 19 gm
Salt - 3/4th tsp
Yeast - 1 and 1/4th tsp
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour - 260 gm
Mozzarella cheese - 175 gm
Coriander leaves chopped
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt - A pinch of it
Butter - 2 tbsp (softened at room temperature)
Recipe
1. Add lukewarm milk to a big bowl and add sugar to it.
2. Mix till the sugar dissolves.
3. Add yeast and stir.
4. Add butter and keep stirring. (2 tbsp)
5. Now add all purpose flour to the bowl and start kneading to form a dough.
6. Knead till the dough is soft. (For at least 10 mins)
7. Grease your palm with butter if the dough is sticky.
8. Keep the dough aside for 10 mins so that it can rise.
9. Add garlic and coriander leaves to butter also add oregano and chilli flakes. Mix and garlic butter spread is ready.
10. On a platform sprinkle some flour and start rolling the dough gently with roller.
11. Grease the tin with butter/oil place parchment paper on it.
12. Transfer the dough to the tin.
13. Now gently cut the dough with knife. (Refer the video)
14. Now apply garlic butter spread we made on the dough.
15. Place sliced cheese between the gaps you made with knife.
16. Cover the tin for 1 hour and keep it for spoofing.
17. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree.
18. Bake after one hour for 30-35 mins.
