The Best Fudgy Brownie Recipe | Simple Way Of Making The Perfect Fudgy Brownie

Darker chocolate is also known to have anti-inflammatory qualities, so as long as you're enjoying it in moderation, a delicious chocolate brownie can be great for your health.

Walnut Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients 

Compound dark chocolate (Morde) - 140 gram
Amul butter - 60 gram
Amul Condensed milk - 80 gram
Milk - 125 ml
Sugar - 65 gram
All purpose flour(maida) - 95 gram
Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
Walnuts - 100 gram
Cocoa powder - 28 gram

Steps to make Chocolate walnut brownie recipe:

1. Melt the dark compound chocolate in a double boiler method.

2. Also add butter along with it.

3. Mix until it forms a smooth paste.

4. Let it cool and mix again.

5. Add condensed milk to it and mix it.

6. Now add milk too to it.

7. When everything is mixed completely add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and baking powder though strainer. (This step is necessary for lump free brownie mixture)

8. Add chopped walnuts and mix.

9. Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degree celsius.

10. Once you have mixed everything properly pour the batter into tin.

11. Make sure to grease the tin with butter paper and oil/butter before baking it.

12. Tap the tin slowly on platform or table to make sure that there are no air bubbles in it.

13. Garnish with some chopped walnuts.

14. Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degree Celsius.

15. After it is baked let it cool for 10 mins and cut it into small pieces.
