Creamy Cheesy Peri Peri Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

Penne Pasta - 250 gms.
Oil - 3 tbsp.
Green chilis - 2 pic.
Butter - 1 tbsp.
All purpose flour - 4 tbsp.
Cheese - 150 gms. 
Milk - 3 cups.
Water - 1 cup.
Salt - to taste.
Oregano - 1 tbsp.
Peri Peri Masala - 2.5 tbsp.
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp.

Steps to make Creamy Cheesy Peri Peri Sauce Pasta

this pasta is the Jain version so anyone can enjoy it by making, its easy, quick and simple.


Take a bowl and add approx. 500-600 ml of water and let it boil, after the water has been boiled than add 250 gms of penne pasta, here you can use any other pasta's like Fusilli, Pappardelle, Cavatappi etc. but the taste in all of them would vary so we don't recommend you using any other type of pasta's.

As you are boiling pasta, keep in mind that you have to boil it on a low flame and also don't over cook it. Add some salt to the boiling mixture as it helps in the taste as well as the mixture boils more quickly and rapidly. And do add 1 tbsp. of oil so the pasta cooks properly and do not gets stick to the surface.

As now the pasta is boiled now transfer it in a strainer and add some amount of cold/normal water to it so the pasta doesn't sticks to each other.

Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp. of oil with 2 chopped green chilies and let it get cooked, do add 1 tbsp. of butter and mix it well, now eventually add 4 tbsp. of All purpose flour in steps.  And mix it well.

Now it's time to make peri peri sauce, so in the above prepared mixture add 3 cups. of milk and 1 cup. of water in steps and mix it well and heat it on a medium flame and allow it to become fat. Now add about 50 gms. of grated cheese to the mixture and let it cook, do not forget to add salt as per your taste, now add 1 tbsp. of oregano and grate about 25 gms. of cheese, you can grate more or less, its upon how much cheesy flavor you need.

Now add 2 tbsp. of peri peri masala & mix it well, here we are using homemade peri peri masala, if you don't know how to make peri peri masala you can check the description of video or I button.

Now the Peri Peri Sauce is ready... Yippie...

The Final step is here to add the boiled penne to the sauce, add the boiled penne and some salt to taste and do mix the penne and sauce properly & also add 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup and mix it well on low flame.

Grate about 25 gms. of cheese for extra cheesy flavor & a pinch of coriander .
